Toys for Tots Drop Box Now Available at Portland VFW Post 4090

VFW Post 4090 has a "Toys for Tots" drop box inside the post. This program runs October 1st through the month of December. They are asking for new, unwrapped toys only.
The program was first conceived in 1947 by the Marine reserves. The toys will be delivered to children whose families cannot afford to buy them Christmas gifts.
Please take the time to brighten the lives of children in need at Christmas time.
The post is open 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
