Goodman and Miller earn 100th wins as Raider wrestling goes 1-1 in double duel

On Wednesday night the Raider Wrestlers hosted a double dual against Ovid-Elsie and #4 ranked Mason. In the first round of wrestling action the Raider Wrestlers Outscored Ovid-Elsie 62-11 recording 7 falls. Fastest pin went to Freshman Andrew Feldpausch at the 106 lb weight class who only used 13 seconds to claim the victory.

In the second round, the Raider Wrestlers had their hands full with the Mason Bulldogs, losing 41-33, recording only 3 pins. Fastest pin went to senior Deakin Guidi at 33 seconds.

Perhaps the most special occurrence of the night was watching two Raider wrestlers, both seniors, Drew Miller and Branson Goodman record their 100th victory.

Coach Andy Pulling said, "Drew and Branson are just the 44th and 45th wrestlers respectively, in the Raider Wrestling Program to accomplish this feat."

This Saturday the Raiders will host multiple teams at PHS starting at 9:00 AM.
