Lady Shamrocks top Saranac, fall to Lansing Christian

St. Patrick Varsity Girls Basketball team played at Saranac on Friday, February 14th, where the Shamrocks won 58-43. The Shamrocks were led by Gracelyn Rockey with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Lily Sandborn has 10 points and 7 steals, Megan Myers also added 10 points. Mattie Honsowitz followed closely with 9 points and had 6 rebounds. Saranac was led by Maycee Reed with 10 points.
The Shamrocks traveled to Lansing Christian on Monday. The lady Rocks lost the contest to the Pilgrims 40-47. The Shamrocks were led by Gracelyn Rockey with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Bella Russman added 8 points, Lily Sandborn had 7 and Mattie Honsowitz had 6 with 3 blocks. Lydia Brogan led Lansing Christian with 18 points.
The Shamrocks are now 11-6 overall, and 10-5 in the CMAC.
They play at Bellevue on Wednesday and return home to host Dansville on Friday.
