Portland High School Boys Golf Season Preview 2025

Playing in the very competitive CAAC White Division, the Portland boys golf team will be shooting to finish in the top half of the eight team White Division in 2025. In addition to the six divisional jamborees, the Raider linksters look to gain additional improved play and competitive scores from the eight, eighteen-hole tournaments on their 2025 schedule. Charlotte and Lansing Catholic are the preseason teams to lead the division with Lakewood, Portland and Ionia likely shooting for the next three places in the division. Eaton Rapids, Olivet and Lansing Sexton round out the teams competing in the CAAC White Division.

The Portland High 2025 roster includes: Fourth year seniors Carter Higbee and Trent Durrant, second year senior Cody Hengesbach, first year seniors Jayden Miller and Caden Lockwood, juniors Lincoln Higbee, Carter Peake and Max Weller and second year varsity golfer Joe Nobis.
