Shamrock Cross Country results from Eaton Rapids and MSU


At the Eaton Rapids cross country invitational Tuesday September 13, the Portland St. Patrick boys team had a great showing, TJ Chamberlain earned a medal improving his PR by 35 seconds, Isaac FoxElster earned a medal and improved his PR by 20 seconds. Nick Pung earned a PR & Martin White earned a season best by 30 seconds.


For the girls, Laynie Meredith finished in 2nd place earning a medal, Cozie Brown finished in 8th place earning a medal, Izzy Kissane finished in 18th place earning a medal & a PR by 5 seconds, Olivia Pung finished in 21st place just missing a medal, Emma Honsowitz earned a PR by 45 seconds.


The St Patrick boys and girls cross country teams competed in the MSU invitational Friday, October 17th. The boys finished in 30th place and the girls finished in 20th place in the division 3 & 4 races. Laynie Meredith led the team by earning a medal, finishing in 25th place.


The cross country team will host our first home CMAC meet in 5 years on Tuesday October 4th. The middle school races are at 4:30 and 5:00 and the varsity races are at 5:30 and 6:10.
