The Portland St. Patrick Shamrocks knew they had a tough draw in the first round of the playoffs, when it was announced they were playing Morrice for a rematch. On Friday, November 1st, St. Patrick travelled to Morrice, and came up just a bit short, losing the game 28-22.

In the first half, it was a defensive battle, with both teams shutting the other down and finishing the half at 0-0.

In the third quarter, struck first, but the Shamrocks quickly fought back when Brady Leonard punched it in on a 1 yard rushing touchdown. Jerryd Scheurer ran in the two point conversion to make the score 8-8 after three quarters of play.
